The service
Padel Companion (“we”) saves the matches recorded with the Padel Companion app for Amazfit watches and shows them to you: history, statistics and the Live scoreboard.
Your account
You must be at least 16. Your account is personal and you are responsible for how you use it. We may close an account used for abuse.
Trial and Lifetime pass
After signing up you get 3 weeks free. After that, the Lifetime pass is needed to see your matches, watches and Live scoreboard: a one-time payment of €4.99 in euro countries and $4.99 elsewhere, taxes included, no subscription. “Lifetime” means for as long as the service runs. Even without the pass, matches from your watch keep being saved.
Payment
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders: Paddle takes the payment, issues the receipt, applies taxes and handles refunds.
Refunds
You can ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked, from the link in your Paddle receipt or by writing to privacy@padelcompanion.net. A refund removes the pass.
If the service changes
We may improve or change it. If it ever shuts down, we will tell you by email at least 30 days in advance.
Liability
The site is provided as is: we do our best to keep it working and your data safe, but we can’t guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. Heart rate and calories are estimates from your watch, not medical data. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will ask you to accept them again on your next visit.
Governing law
Italian law applies, together with the consumer protections of the country where you live.
